Manal Rostom aka Egypt’s most prominent marathoner & female mountaineer is
someone who has achieved many firsts for Arab & Egyptian women.
On May 16th , 2022, she made history as the First Egyptian Woman to Climb Mt. Everest.

Manal Rostom started her 7- summits project in 2012.
Her first mountain was Kilimanjaro , the highest mountain in Tanzania , Africa followed by Elbrus , the highest mountain in Russia , Europe , followed by Mont Blanc in Chamonix , France in 2018 , followed by Mt Everest in Nepal , Asia in 2022 and finally Mt Kosciusko in Australia in 2023.
